CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable. We kindly ask that if you are unable to respect our policy, please refrain from booking with us. Our full cancellation policy can be found here.

RESCHEDULING

48 hours notice is needed if you need to reschedule your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION

To cancel your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice. If given, your deposit will be held as a credit for future appointments or product purchases. Less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

NO-SHOW

All no-shows will be required to pay for the missed appointment in full before any future bookings can be made.
