We’re so excited to see you and want to ensure your appointment goes as smoothly as possible! Here are a few tips to help us provide you with the best experience:

1. For All Colour/Foiling Services
Please arrive with your hair freshly washed within the last couple of days and completely dry. This helps us achieve the most beautiful and consistent results for your color or foiling service.

2. For On-Scalp Lightening
If you’re scheduled for on-scalp lightening, we recommend not washing your hair in the days leading up to your appointment. Your scalp’s natural oils act as a protective barrier, helping to reduce sensitivity to the lightener. Additionally, please ensure your hair is completely dry when you arrive.

3. For All Hair Extension Maintenance
If you’re coming in for hair extension maintenance, there is an option to add on a wash and blow-dry in the salon. However, if you have not booked this service or prefer not to add it, please arrive with your hair freshly washed and completely dry. This is essential for us to complete your booking as scheduled. If these steps are not followed, we may not be able to proceed with your appointment.

4. For New Sets of Extensions
For new sets of extensions, we offer the option to add a wash and blow-dry in the salon. However, if you have not booked this service or prefer not to, please ensure your hair is freshly washed and completely dry before your appointment. Clean, properly washed hair is essential to ensure your extensions stay secure and do not slip. Please avoid applying conditioner near the root area, as this can affect the bond and longevity of your extensions.

If you’re unsure about your hair prep, we recommend adding a wash and blow-dry to your appointment to ensure everything is perfectly ready for your extension application. If your hair is not prepared as requested, we may not be able to proceed with the extension application.

We know that some of our appointments can take a little time, so we want you to feel relaxed and taken care of throughout your visit. That’s why we offer a full complimentary refreshment menu in the salon — no need to grab that coffee beforehand! Just come straight in, make yourself comfortable, and let us take care of everything for you.

There is ample free street parking available outside our complex. Kindly avoid parking inside the complex, as all parking spaces are privately owned.

NERANG
There is plenty of free street parking available, as well as parking spots within our complex. Feel free to choose whichever is most convenient for you.

We understand that your time is valuable, and appointments can sometimes take a while. That's why we offer complimentary Wi-Fi during your visit. Whether you need to work or simply want to relax and browse, feel free to bring your laptop or phone. Just ask our team for the Wi-Fi password at your next appointment!

We aim to accommodate a wide range of payment options to suit everyone's needs, including:

Please note, if you wish to pay by cash, we do not carry change but can credit any remaining balance to your account for future visits.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. When proper notice is given, your deposit will be held as a credit, which can be applied to future appointments or product purchases. Please note that cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to adjust your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate everyone, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, please be aware that your deposit will be forfeited.
