Where does Signature hair come from?
It's 100% human Remy hair from trusted suppliers in Asia, quality-checked by us. It isn't Slavic, and we'll never call it that. If you want Slavic, that's what our Premium and Exclusive Slavic ranges are for.

Compare our three hair ranges

Every Signature shade is made to the same colour each time, so once you find your match you can reorder it again and again.

Screens show colour differently, so if you're unsure, send us a photo of your hair in natural light and we'll help you choose.

• Use sulphate-free shampoo and keep conditioner and oils away from the tapes or weft line
• Brush gently with a loop or extension brush, starting from the ends
• Always use heat protectant, and keep hot tools away from the tapes or weft line
• Dry your roots fully after washing
• Sleep with your hair in a loose, low braid
• Book regular maintenance with your extension stylist

Shipping: Orders placed before 3pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day with Australia Post Standard or Express.

Local pickup: Collect from our studio in North Lakes, Brisbane. Usually ready within a couple of hours on business days. Choose local pickup at checkout.

Exchanges: Unopened hair in its original sealed packaging can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened hair can't be exchanged.
