Shipping: Orders placed before 3pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day with Australia Post Standard or Express.
Local pickup: Collect from our studio in North Lakes, Brisbane. Usually ready within a couple of hours on business days. Choose local pickup at checkout.
Exchanges: Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or bonded hair can't be exchanged.
