Exclusive Slavic is our highest grade of hair. Every bundle is always single donor, so every strand comes from one person, and its natural texture is completely intact. Nothing has been done to change its wave, curl or straightness.
Some Exclusive bundles are 100% virgin (never coloured or chemically treated) and some have been very gently coloured. We always state which on the bundle.

- Use sulphate-free shampoo and keep conditioner away from the bonds
- Brush gently with a loop or extension brush, starting from the ends
- Always use heat protectant, and keep hot tools away from the bonds
- Dry your roots fully after washing
- Sleep with your hair in a loose, low braid
- Book maintenance every 3–4 months
Shipping: Loose bundles ordered before 3pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day with Australia Post Standard or Express. Keratin bond orders are made by hand first and dispatched within 7 days. We'll email you as soon as yours is on its way.
Local pickup: Collect from our studio in North Lakes, Brisbane. Loose bundles are usually ready within a couple of hours on business days; keratin bond orders are ready within 7 days. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.
Exchanges: Unopened loose hair in its original sealed packaging can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened hair, and hair we've bonded for you, can't be exchanged.
